One of the regular activities of EPAHP RPMO, that is crucial to the Regional Convergence Team, as accomplishments, updates, and intervention is crafted for more effective and efficient implementation of each National Government Agencies partner of EPAHP on their EPAHP-related program and services in Region VIII.

To prepare for the pilot implementation of Negotiated Procurement - Community Participation, the DSWD-EPAHP held a coordination meeting with ready-now CBOs. The DSWD-EPAHP, in collaboration with DICT and the Local Government of San Francisco, successfully conducted Digital Literacy Training for Community-Based Organizations with the goal of enhancing digital competencies and equipping CBOs with the necessary tools to navigate the digital terrain, thereby promoting enhanced productivity and community advancement.

The DSWD Field Office Caraga's EPAHP Program held a Year Starter Planning Workshop with over 18 agencies participating. The workshop focused on discussing agreements, deliverables, and updates, while establishing specific objectives and programs. Participants also reviewed procurement procedures for the pilot implementation of Negotiated Procurement - Community Participation.

Orientation of EPAHP & extensive discussion of the Negotiated Procurement/Community Participation (NP/CP) was vital that the EVMC management agreed on the possible engagement of CBOs as supplier to the health institution.
