The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office V through the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) Program and the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) reached out to different Local Government Units (LGUs) to introduce the implementation of Negotiated Procurement-Community Participation (NP-CP) as authorized under the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) resolution 18-2021 last January 26 to February 2, 2024.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XI recently played host to a benchmarking activity and learning visit aimed at sharing insights and best practices of the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) program in the Region.

The Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty Program (EPAHP), under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region XI, has facilitated a successful partnership between a local rice farmers’ cooperative and the Davao Regional Medical Center (DRMC). This initiative connects farmers directly to a stable market, promoting food security and enhancing the livelihoods of farming communities.

The Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) in SOCCSKSARGEN expanded its partnership as it welcomes new members to its Regional Convergence Team (RCT) through the signing of the Addendum to the Regional Memorandum of Understanding.
