The Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) Program conducts an activity titled “Cascading of EPAHP-Digital Mapping System and Encoding of Community-Based Organization and Press Release” from May 28 to June 1, 2024, to orient and capacitate the EPAHP National Program Management Office (NPMO) and Regional Program Management Offices (RPMO) Staff to fully utilize the EPAHP-Digital Mapping System (EPAHP-DMS).

The EPAHP-DMS is an online portal that facilitates effective integration between participating agencies and organizations where associations with agricultural production capacity will be linked to nutritional feeding initiatives and potentially extend their market. The CBOs are identified and the validity of their legal documentation is checked before they can be registered in the system.

The activity aims to review further the necessary documents such as the draft DMS manual and related tools, to have hands-on experience with the use of the EPAHP-DMS, especially with the encoding of CBO applications and the posting of programs, services, and activities per RPMOs, to identify the gaps, issues, and challenges in the implementation of the EPAHP-DMS, and to eventually help the program towards its digital transformation process and in its effective and efficient delivery of social protection programs and services for the benefit of the marginalized CBOs.
