DSWD-EPAHP Program conducts CBO Mapping of SLPAs in Sibunag, Guimaras.
The DSWD Field Office VI – Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) Program, in partnership with the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), conducted CBO mapping to validate two SLP Associations in Sibunag, Guimaras.
The team checked the SLPA's capacity to participate in government procurement through the Negotiated Procurement – Community Participation (NP-CP) modality and their potential to become suppliers for the DSWD's feeding programs. In addition, the SLPAs validated as qualified suppliers will be registered in the EPAHP-Digital Mapping System, an online portal that facilitates sharing and accessing information between participating agencies and CBOs.
The team also paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Mayor Annabelle V. Samaniego before conducting the CBO Mapping and validated the DSWD-accredited associations, Pantawid Sun Rise SLPA at Brgy. San Isidro and Maabay Hugpong Pantawid SLPA at Brgy. Maabay, Sibunag, Guimaras
Present during the activity were Bea Trexie P. Perez, EPAHP Program Capacity Building and General Administration Officer, Haidee Manato, SLP Implementing Project Development Officer, and Nieva D. Evangelista, SLP Monitoring Project Development Officer.
