EPAHP RPMO IV-A in joins the Secretariat Teams of DSWD FO IV-A for a TSS on Secretariat Services

(Makati City, Manila) – EPAHP RPMO IV-A participated in a Technical Sharing Session (TSS) on Secretariat Services last 04 July 2024 at Tiera Oriental Hotel, Makati City. The activity was organized by the PPD (Policy and Plans Division) of FO IV-A to equip Secretariat Teams with the necessary knowledge to effectively perform their roles.

The seminar provided the necessary information regarding the Role of Secretariat and Meeting Dynamics, Preparation of Notice and Minutes of Meeting, Best Practices in Writing the Minutes of Meeting and Drafting Resolutions. The seminar highlighted the importance of secretariat work to capture essential information to ensure accurate documentation and its significance to an organization or a platform.

The Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) is a convergence program under IATF Zero Hunger which aims to promote food and nutrition security.  In CALABARZON, 17 regional line agencies have committed to support the program by signing the EPAHP Regional MoU last 16 June 2023.
