𝗗𝗦𝗪𝗗 𝗫 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗛𝗣 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗜𝗥 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗟𝗣𝗔𝘀

Some SLPAs have the potential to earn more by producing more of their crops as they also have the assets like vast farmlands, machinery, working animals, and etc. Through Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) - convergence initiative, the established SLP Associations will be linked into potential markets, such as the government institutional feeding program, to ensure sustainability. This would require the SLPA to possess legal identification.

The process of acquiring these legal identifications is not an easy task and would prove a hassle to the SLPAs as they would physically go to the government agency. Thus, EPAHP aims to solve this bottleneck by facilitating the registration of the SLPAs to the Bureau of Internal Revenue(BIR) and the Securities and Exchange Commissions(SEC). Moreover, EPAHP has vetted a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the BIR and the SEC.

This forged partnership is integral in attaining the SLP’s aim to access necessary assets to engage in and maintain thriving livelihoods by linking them to more market opportunities.
