Ilocos Region National Government Agencies support EPAHP Program
EPAHP Region 1 renewed partnerships through a Memorandum of Agreement at J&V Hotel, City of San Fernando, La Union
In an effort to end hunger and poverty in the region, the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger (EPAHP) and Poverty Regional Convergence Team chaired by the DSWD Field Office 1 Regional Director Marie Angela S. Gopalan renewed their partnership through a momentous ceremonial signing of Memorandum of Agreement held on 11 August 2023.
The EPAHP Regional Convergence Team is composed of the following: DSWD, Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Agriculture, National Irrigation Administration, Department of Education, Department of Trade and Industry, National Nutrition Council, Department of Health, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Department of the Interior Local Government, Philippine Carabao Center at DMMMSU, Philippine Carabao Center at MMSU, Department of Finance-Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation, Department of Information and Communications Technology, Department of Science and Technology, Cooperative Development Authority, Technical Education Skills and Development Authority, National Food Authority, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, DA-Agricultural Training Institute, and Commission on Population.
